I have been drinking Moringa tea for a while now, as it is supposed to lower your blood pressure and do other great things... the jury is still out though. So, I ordered this thinking that I would try it in a capsule form to validate if it was any different. So far, not much improvement with the blood pressure, but maybe the placebo effect is helping me out. Like so many other supplements, I cannot see the difference but that does not mean that there are no long-term benefits.If you are into the Moringa craze, this may be an easier way to get your Moringa fix. I am rating it four stars, for providing me another Moringa option and for the placebo effect. It would have gotten five stars, if it did not cost 15USD for a 60day supply.... so I hope it comes down in price. As always, your mileage may vary....

It gave me energy through out the day

I started taking this a few weeks ago when my BF bought on Amazon. I have noticed 1 thing that has stood out the most is it gives horrible stomach pain and diarrhea like I just took a laxative and it makes you go constantly to the restroom. I had stopped it due to this issue I had then started again and caused the same stomach problems. I have hashimotos and maybe it's interfering with that but idk I just know the stomach pain is unbearable.

I feel I have more energy, find it easier to get up in the morning. So far the results have been positive.
