As far as I can tell ta-65 has this same as the main ingredient but TA-65 also has some other stuff. Do a Google search for what all it has.

Cycloastraganol makes up about 80-90% of Astragaloside IV. TA-65, which is promoted as a telomerase activator is cycloastragenol. So to recap: The root of the plant Astragalus contains Astragalosides. One of the astragalosides is astragaloside IV.
