It seems anymore that on Amazon there are so many products that have planted reviews and it's getting harder to distinguish between the real ones and planted. It's obvious that the majority of positive reviews are mostly planted on this purchase because the quality of the tool itself is like something you'd find in the bottom of the bargain bin at Harbour Freight or Walmart. Cheap metal, a "pressed on" handle and worst yet, the rubberized handle is more plastic than rubber - the absolute cheapest kind of material they could have used for a handle. Stay away from this!

👍saved me lots of work on my knee pads. Best advice start at an edge and scrape narrow strips. Takes a little time but far superior results compared to the goop of adhesive dissolver which takes more time and lots of mopping/scrubbing/rinsing. Also less trouble than using a grinder, renting the machine, dust mask, vacuuming & then still having to scrape areas the machine can’t reach. I swept up big pieces then vacuumed the dust then bleach/soap mopped the mildewed concrete. We were doing a bedroom replacing glued hardwoods with some great tiles. For a huge area I might use adhesive dissolver or a grinder.

This worked great for taking up carpet and even a small section of vinyl flooring. So happy that I decided to get it. Made things so much easier.

Stripping wallpaper sucks. It's a sticky, messy job at best. But this scraper and a good steamer have made it as not-awful as possible. Beats the heck out of the 'old school' 4-6" putty knife.BUT, severely downgraded because 'standard' replacement blades don't fit this, and I could not find any that did. So it's a bit of a one-trick pony.

I ripped up some carpet and underneath the carpet was tile. Previous owners had glued the carpet, and this has been great for getting it off. I also bought one with a longer stick. This one works for areas that are harder to get up and need extra elbow grease.

This tool worked great for removing the wallpaper from my walls. I first scored the walls with another tool, sprayed a solution and waited for it to soak in. I was able to pull off decent size pieces and then I would use the solution to spray the paper layer beneath. This tool worked good to scrape the edge to start a top piece to pull off and worked even better to scrape the wet paper layer.

I used this for scraping a cement floor that had previously been carpeted. We are painting the cement, so I needed to remove all the glue residue from the carpet/tack strip installation. I appreciate that the blades are sharpened on both sides, so instead of having to replace the entire blade when dull you merely remove the blade, rotate it 180 degrees, and you've got a fresh edge to work with again.

With hard water stains, it's always been a pain to clean the shower door. We've tried a lot of different things, and some how magically came across this scraper.It's pretty easy to maneuver and use, but after using it for 5-10 minutes straight, the hand does start to cramp a bit.This scraper does the job and I can see the difference in the areas that have been scraped vs the areas that haven't yet.

I am very pleased with this product, it removes artex no problem after a bit of steaming,but was wondering what blades to buy if ever I break the one supplied?Many thanks

Used this to scrape paint off of a wall. It worked much better than other scrapers and the paint came off in larger strips.
