My husband and I had to STOP taking these because they raised our levels "too high" lol. But they're low again so I'm buying more! Super tiny capsule, pleasant taste (for once!) And super effective.

It states that there are 360 capsules for an entire year, but there are only 250 capsules supplied.

This is the only vitamin d supplement that has actually helped my levels raise higher. I was always in the 20 range and had trouble raising it. After taking this it went up to 58 at my recent check up. Great stuff.

My vitamin D levels were extremely low so I my doctor advised me to start supplementing. I just recently redid my blood test and my vitamin D levels were within range so definitely worked for me. It’s small, easy to swallow and does not have any aftertaste. Took a few months for my levels to get back to range.

Tiny pills that actually taste like coconut. I started taking more and noticed a difference in my energy levels so I tried saving money by ordering another brand that said it was 11 cents per pill and this is 14 cents but this is actually cheaper and the pills are a third of the size because I didn’t notice the other brand lied and you have to take two to get the 10k IU so it’s really 22 cents. So this brand is actually cheaper, smaller pills, only have to take one to get the 10,000 IU.
