Will it fit 2023 Traverse?

Not in the front seat, but will fit in the middle seat if it's equipped with the bucket seats. It is meant to sit on the floor between bucket seats in most mini vans.

How do I install the console

There are a couple of screws that come with it that you screw into the floor. Very simple.
