This part fit perfect and came with all replacement hardware.

Excellent fit for the 10 3/4" sized (burner) patio heater. The holes for the side screws are smaller than original, so you will have to enlarge them, I used a counter rotating drill bit to enlarge them to size. My patio heater has new life and glad I could keep it out of the trash bin and save the environment. I docked 1 star because the material quality could be better. It will eventually oxidize and break like the original, however the original one lasted 10yrs.
