This by a far one of the best brands to get into as far as using ketone supplements to help with your ketogenic lifestyle. For those of you wondering why you’re not losing weight right off the bat is it is NOT A DIET. Keto is not meant to be done temporarily. In order to get the results of losing weight you have to commit to eating the right things and cutting out the sugars, flours, starches, and other heavy carbs. It is absolutely not easy but if you discipline yourself, you CAN achieve it. Please be sure to do your research before purchasing anything “keto”. From personal experience making this a lifestyle significantly improves your overall health and is something you will feel great doing. I hope this helps.

The prices are a bit high, but we’ll worth it…

I love this product! I drink it once a day in the afternoon (instead of coffee) and it was a TOTAL game changer when I discovered it during my last go round on Keto. It’s just that extra little finesse that makes the fat melt off!! I’ve tried so many different flavors, and they’ve all been great!!…but, for some reason, the Strawberry Lemonade flavor has a weird metal taste and it hurts my stomach something awful! I can only drink half a packet of that flavor in a 1l bottle of water .

Taste is good but it's too expensive. It doesn't give me the energy i need. Don't waste your money. I wouldn't buy it again
