My mom is French Canadian, so she was the one who got me hooked on Ployes. They're so easy to make, just the mix and water. That's it! They're so versatile. You can use them in different ways for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent flavor! I add a little brown sugar, raw egg , and canola oil to the milk batter. The waffles don’t get as crispy as regular flavored waffles, but they are yummier and healthier.

I ran out of breakfast ideas during this Covid 19 period and wanted to try some buckwheat pancakes. one hundred percent buckwheat flour was not readily available so I settled for this company that I had never heard of before. The package was a little tossed with expiration date 12/2020 and I figured I had time to finish it before that date. Content seemed fresh, and I followed directions and was very pleased with the outcome. It takes very little effort, sometimes I interchange with coconut or almond milk and still get excellent results. I will purchase again in the future.

My parents grew up eating ployes & I remember my grandmother making ployes, they were delicious. So happy I could send them to my parents so they could continue to enjoy their childhood traditional treats.

Bought this mix and it did not disappoint!! Reminds me of the ployes my grandmother used to make! Brings me back to standing beside her at the stove and getting the first one off the griddle!! I also found a bakery that makes gorton (pork spread) to slather on the ployes. If you’re French-Canadian you’ll understand!

Love this because they are made in Maine and so delicious. Great with Maine Maple Syrup. Easy to make and easy to eat way too many. Love the spongy texture. Bonus that it is simple food and so good for you!
