I put this up around my front porch because the bars were far enough apart that I was afraid my daughter could fall through or get stuck. Now I can let her play without any worry for her safety! The only thing I would change about this is there should be some metal rivets or something to fasten it to something better instead of having to go through and stretch or tear the holes. It does come with plenty of zip ties and strings though!

This product isn’t designed for stairs it’s designed for only straight applications. So when doing railings that are not equal width all the way up or down this product is hard to work with. It also had zero slant for stairs so you either have to fold it or cut it which then leads to its durability being destroyed. I wouldn’t recommend for any stair application.

It was very hard to put up but it has worked fine in keeping my puppy from falling thru the railing by the stairs

I missed the window to return but this product will not protect your toddler or puppy! I purchased this item to put around my stair railing and this was a major disappointment! When we put it up it tore easily from the top. How will this keep something from going through a railing when it tears so easily? Don’t waste your money!
