The creatine is ok I guess.. a scoop was included which is always nice .. but the package is terrible.. first opening, creatine dust scattered all over my hand and the lock wouldn’t close because more dust got stuck on the grooves and humidity slipped inside. Please change the package

Although the product image shows the latest packaging the one I received is the old one packaging. Also the packet comes with 3 gm scoop (instead of 5 gm) thus 83 servings.

Product has a pungent smell, and different consistency to what I am used to.

Not recommended, barely any results after weeks of using.

I like the creative powder itself and it dissolves ok into water… though better to mix it with a smoothie in my opinion. Reason for two stars is that product itself did not match description provided as I received a different portion size than advertised.

Does everything you want and expect from creatine supplement. Without taste, this powder dissolves OK in water (or any other drink, I like to put some into my coffee!). Just don't let it sit too long, as it will flow slowly to the ground of your cup and you have to stir again. You get a scoop and can take your individual amount - it is recommended not to take more than 5g per day. Taking any more than that amount is probably not too dangerous (if not totally exceeding the amounts recommended), but it won't give you an additional effect, you basically waste your creatine. In the fitness world, it is common knowledge that initially 20 grams per day of creatine, taken for five days, successfully raises muscle creatine content by 30-45 percent. Afterwards you would keep the amount to c.5 grams daily. So, build up your creatine levels and then maintain. Hope this helps!

About 30 % increase in strength. Will make you look fat due to water retention. But if you are one who is lean and want to improve on your strength go ahead and use it
