I absolutely loved it. I have been buying them since. They last for several years. They come with a nice outer cover that can be washed. These pillows are so comfortable. They cradle your head and neck and help me sleep better. It is soft yet firm and you just kind of sink into it. It is also cooler that a regular pillow. If I get hot I flip it over and it is cool and feels so relaxing. I have bought my husband and sons these pillows and they love them as well. They can be washed but you need to make sure they dry and you will need to pull at them to adjust the foam pieces inside.
