Inflation Issues are Relevant but Resolvable
I needed a ball of this size for Pilates. It does the job well. Although I have noticed a tendency for it to gradually deflate over time which means that it has to be reinflated regularly. The reinflation is just as involved as other reviewers have noted. The straw has to be removed AND the stopper introduced before all the air escapes. This is quite a juggle. The only method I have found that is the least effective is to over-inflate the ball by a fair amount and have the straw clasped in the fingers of your left hand and the stopper in your right hand. Blow in the air consistently, pull the straw out with the left hand (whilst still blowing) and rapidly insert the stopper. There will be a fair amount of air lost nonetheless. Fortunately the exercise in Pilates requires that the ball be at a fairly "soft" inflation so this is sufficient for my purposes. I also thought this was a reasonable price for me to endure some fiddling during inflation. Your Mileage May Vary. The removal of the stopper for further inflation is equally fiddly as the removal tool requires some pressure and fiddling to get under the previously-applied stopper. How long the tool will stand up to such treatment I have yet to establish.

No valve - which is big disadvantage
As others have noted, it is really difficult to replace the stopper without a lot of air escaping. The ball should have a valve incorporated like footballs do, so that the stopper can be inserted without the ball partially deflating. Unlike a football, this ball is very elastic which makes it super difficult to stop the air escaping before getting the stopper in. Not impressed.

So hard to inflate!
This comes flat pack with a plastic straw that you use to inflate it. There’s no valve on the inlet hole so you have to be faster than an Usain Bolt to get the plug in before you lose all the air! I inflated it to the size it was sold as but, by the time I managed to get it plugged, I’d lost so much air and it had shrunk. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
