It works...
I caught Covid and lost all sense of smell. Immediately went online and searched and found out we should do Olfactory training. The design of the product made me purchased this. I wanted something I could put near my nose rather than use a bottle of essential oil where I had to pour it out on a cotton pad to sniff. Within a week, I gained all my senses back. I really don't know if it's because I did my training right away after I healed from COVID, or my ACE receptors just grew back. I have to admit after I gained all my senses back the smells of these aren't as pure as the organic 100% pure essential oil scents I owned in a bottle. The smells are a little off with respects to each scent. For instance, my 100% lemon essential oils in a bottle smells like a lemon vs this one, it's a little different. But I don't think that should hinder your training since it didn't for me. I would recommend others to buy just for the packaging because I find its important when smell training have the shape of the bottle that can fit your nose. Because trust me, when you get COVID and you lose your smell, you really need to stick it super up close to smell it.
