Very Poor Instructions, no Blotting Paper, but It Does Work!
My Epson XP-8600 inkjet printer started to do some very strange things, namely the ink coming out different colours, and the black not working at all. I went through two sets of ink cartridges costing me nearly £100, but couldn't not get it to print correctly. I did numerous printer cleaning cycles which failed to work and just wasted all of my expensive ink. I was preparing to chuck out the printer when i came across this product - i thought it was worth a try!The product cleaning fluid comes with a set of very poorly written instructions, which i ended up discarding and watching a social media video to help me make sense of how to use. The process was very fiddly, you need to connect plastic tubes to a very narrow silicone pipe, i struggles with this, but perseverance and patience paid off. You are advised to put 1ml of liquid into the syringe and squirt it over the print head. The instructions did not make it clear if it was 1ml per colour or 1ml between the lot?! You are also advised to place blotting paper under the print head, however there was no included in the pack which i thought was rather disappointing! I ended up using folded up kitchen paper. In the end i did applied the liquid on a whim and a prayer..! Squirty freely over the printhead. I left the solution for 30 mins, removed the in covered kitchen paper and then reinserted my ink cartridges. I then performed a cartridge clean and after this printed my first colour page, to my delight and amazement the printer was now working great again! In summary the product works very well. They should include blotting paper!

Excellent Printhead Cleaning Kit
I was having continual problems with my Epson XP-442 print head clogging up. I tried the self cleaning options but they just wasted ink with no improvement. I then tried cleaning fluid directly onto the head's ink opening but nothing helped and I was thinking of giving up. As a Last resort i did some research that suggested I should try flushing the heads with cleaning fluid under pressure. I had a a look to see what was available to do this and found this kit which looked ideal and not too expensive. It comes complete with all you need, including cleaning fluid, adapters for different printheads, syringe and tubing. The only extra you require is some blotting paper or kitchen roll to place under the heads to absorb the expelled fluid. It was easy to fill the syringe and then connect it via the tubing and the adapter for Epson printers direct to the head's ink input. Gentle pressure then forced the cleaning fluid through the head. I did this several times on each of the four heads.Once i replaced the cartridges the heads then worked perfectly and I've had no problems with print quality since. I would definitely recommend this kit as the best way to fix clogged heads.

Feel like I’ve wasted time and money
Money for nothing that’s just my opinion might have worked for others but I feel it’s been a waste of money . Would have sent it back for a refund but I’ve obviously tried it now so not sure I can. ):

Good grief it worked
After two years of blocked colour nozzles and only using black ink I finally decided to give this a try.The very first clean with it and my printer is as new.Pretty good instructions, a few make-specific nozzles and all you need but I do recommend some thick blotting paper as well.Take care to ensure when you take the nozzle/syringe away that there is nothing under your path that you don’t want ink to drop on - have some card or something in one hand while you take the cleaner away in the other. This was used on an Epson WF-7620 and was my experience yours may vary depending how solid the detritus is in the nozzle.

GREAT PRODUCT
I don’t usually write reviews, however, after being very sceptical about purchasing this product I am absolutely amazed with the outcome. We’ve had a printer now for about a year and a half and it was quite expensive and it stopped printing for awhile and instead of buying a new one, I thought I’d try this product out, and I must say, I am impressed worth every penny as it saved us spending lots more on a new printer

It turned out to be an absolute disaster for me. But I'm not blaming the head cleaner
I found it a wee bit fiddley to get the tubes onto the syringe but other than that no problem with the cleaning process. Judging by the gunk that was on the kitchen towel I would say it's doing a good job. unfortunately I ended up with a cartridge not regognised error when I put them all back in. Not too sure how to fix that one, I could try genuine epson ink but at £50 a time!
