My knee almost always start aching within an hour of going to bed, and feels like it's coming from under the knee cap, in the joint. It's the kind of ache that makes me have to move my leg to get it to subside (restless leg maybe?). For the last few years, I have taken several aspirin before going to bed and it wasn't unusual at all to have to get up within an hour or two to take a couple more.After researching, the most common suggestion was this type of cream, so I decided to give it a try. Thought the cost was on the high side, but worth trying. The first time I tried it, absolutely ZERO difference and I was very disappointed. After a week or so, I thought, well.. I have it, already paid for it, might as well use it up. The very next time I used it, not one achy knee that night. Ok, maybe a coincidence, so I used it again and once again a full night without achy knees. Out of two weeks of using it, there was only one other night where I had achy knees.I've continued using it and have even found that forgetting to use it two nights in a row, it's still working. Only small amounts of ache the 2nd night, but nothing like it usually is. I have no idea how it gets into the achy areas, especially if under the knee cap, but it does.I'd say the only negative about this product is the cost. There are other products with the same ingredients for less than half, so I might give one of them a try and see if they are as effective. Also, it takes a fair amount of it to cover the fronts and backs of my knees each night.Overall, so far, VERY happy with this!

I used this lotion for almost a year. I stopped and started taking magnesium gummies. Big mistake. I just realized that this lotion NEVER gave me bad dreams like the gummies do. I just ordered another bottle of this because I'm switching back! I put a little bit on each foot every night before bed. It's amazing. Soaks in quick & definitely helps with sleep.

Don’t bother with this for RLS (restless leg syndrome) relief—it is useless. Perfectly nice body lotion but you’d get the same benefits from any drugstore body lotion and save a lot of money
