This arrived in a padded envelope at the beginning of the projected arrival date. It was in brand new condition even though it was a used book. It is great for a beginner polymer clay bead maker. Not only did I save money by buying this used book but I love learning the new beads I can now make. Instructions are clear and photos are beautiful!

I have been using polymer clay for many years and thought I was still able learn a few new tricks. The step by step instructions are great. I recommend this book to anyone in all different levels of experience.

I bought this book thinking it was different one. But when I got it well it was just like her other book. Everything in this book is the same as her book with the same title. So beware! It is a good book just don't think you are getting a different book.

This is a great book for those wanting to jump right inand start making clay beads. It covers a wide variety ofdifferent sizes, shapes and techniques. I plan on tryingevery one, they are gorgeous.

Great book with good descriptions on how to make different kinds/styles of jewelry. A lil different than the other books I have purchased. Will definately try some of these techniques.

Loved this book! As a newbie to polymer and jewellery, I felt this has given me all the information and encouragement I need to start playing! The instructions are clear as well as the reasoning behind certain techniques and methods - I find this reasoning helps so much so I'm not just told how to do/not do it, but I'm told what can go wrong if I don't follow the instructions.My only bit of feedback is around the instructions for the 'Turqoise on coral' piece (page 46). There seems to be a big gap between steps 2 and 3 (see image) - it went from forming the raw clay and then straight to threading the baked, coloured and antiqued finished bead into the cord without explaining how we got there. The next project talks about a similar technique in a bit more detail, but I was gutted it was missed out on this specific project as it was this one (on the front cover) that drew me to the book in the first place. It's also the first project that uses alcohol inks but instructions on how to use these are part of the 2 or 3 steps that are missing. I completely 100% appreciate these things happen, and this is just to bring it to the author's attention rather than complaining.

Bien que n'ayant un anglais que très limité l'ouvrage et bien illustré, et permet de pouvoir reproduire sans problème les modèles proposés. De très jolies illustrations et des projets pas trop compliqués à réaliser. Super

Great! but don't be mistaken and think this is a new book, it is the same book that Linda Peterson wrote and was published in 2008 (with a different pic on the cover, the other one has blue beads on the front!)

tres chouette livre avec des techniques de "faux" :ambre , marbre, ivoire , turquoise , corail, perles sculptées ou colorées . Des techniques de mokumé avec de beaux exemples de montages originaux.Beaucoup de photos explicites et des colliers avec montages recherchés , chic , tribal ,classique , exotique .tres contente de l'avoir dans ma bibliothèque
