If the vest is 100% cotton, (per my previous question) then why does the discription say "cotton and linen?"

What is the ratio of linen to cotton? Are these all natural fibers? (no synthetics)

Sizing says large a 46" chest. That's more like an extra large and people say this runs small so sizing description must be way off?
