Products are sold based on weight, not volume. Products settle. That being said, the bottle should be pretty full. If not, then weigh it. The flavor is good. Granulated. It is fine granules, but it is granulated. Some may think it is powder-like, but it is fine granules. Really makes no difference to me in pretty much every single application. We go through a lot of onion powder/granules/diced, and this is a good size container that should carry us over for awhile. I either use directly from container, or I fill up a smaller container for extra easy grab. I use spices all the time, all manner of types, and onion is nearly always included in whatever I am cooking. I adore onion powder sprinkled over burgers even if I am using slices of onion. Something about the taste of onion powder just makes it extra delicious. I like McCormick products, and find most of their stuff reasonably priced. When it comes to some basics such as this, I tend to let price dictate my purchase decision so long as the brand is one I trust. McCormick isgood balance of quality and price.

Great aroma and flavor in this granulated onion. I use this over onion powder for its better taste.

I have always bought granulated garlic instead of powder, but had not realized I could do the same with onion! Powder is just too messy and harder to deal with... granulated is the bomb! Love it.
