I’ve had smart watches I was issued through the military before so that’s nothing new to me. This is therefore a more I formed review. When I got this watch I was pleasantly surprised by ease of use with respect to swapping through the menus and selecting what you need. Does take some time perhaps to memorize where to go for each item but that is to be expected. I mostly wanted this for the GPS with outdoor activity and the heart rate and fitness features. (Fitbit only ever broke after 3 months, that is to say stopped working out of the blue). The compass is on point and the heart rate monitor is spot on as well. One of the coolest things about this is that it connects to an app and you can look for even better watch faces that have exactly what you want to see on them instead of just the default, that’s the kind of support GARMIN gives with this. I got the watch face that displays heart rate, so I don’t have to swap through menus or use the app to see it in real time. The fit is great and the battery life is as well. You should be aware that some features use up more battery than others, such as active GPS etc, so if you use that you can expect the battery to drain a little bit more quickly. The only adjustment I needed to make was the charging cable, I needed to pinch the lip of the plug with needle nose pliers ever so GENTLY just to adjust them the tiniest amount so it seated properly in the watch which is one of the pictures. I am very happy with this purchase!

I purchased this smart watch for my partner's birthday as a way for him to monitor his fitness routine, basic health stats, and outdoor adventures. He's avoided wearables and always regarded them with heavy doubt/scrutiny, but this watch really won him over. It replaced his basic "tell-time only" watch and he has been super happy with it. Out of the 3 months he's had it, he's only had to put it on a charger twice due to the solar charging aspect. It's also very rugged for outdoor activities and looks incredibly similar to the basic watches he used to wear. However, he can now get instant text alerts, smart camera alerts, and all his health data in record time. He sleeps with it on and sometimes showers with it as well. He's had no issues and loves that it's not a noticeable or fragile feeling wearable (he's an outdoorsy type and an engineer so he's much more into practical function than flash/style). This is a wonderfully designed, easy to use watch for those that want something different than the "fancier" wearables while still getting all the benefits. All that to say, he's now a believer. :)

Im very happy with this. I prioritize battery life, utility, so this is perfect. Doesnt look as colorful as Instinct 3 or Apple Watch but both have a worse battery life, with the Apple Watch needing daily charging. This one gets me 27 days on my settings. Garmin has a solid altitude check, integration with txts and alarms from my phone, has solar charging (not that great), pedometer, heart rate graph (not accurate), and best of all, you can cram these things into 1 screen, and its customizable with other "widgets" like westher and compass. The main issue is theres do many functions I will never learn how to fully use it, but Im happy with the ones I have.

Works exactly as described. Quality watch with tons of battery life. I work outdoors, so the solar is great and I get to finally find out how badly I sleep.

Awesome watch everyone should consider owning. Unless you are constantly tracking and GPS it will last 3 weeks or better battery life. Really awesome for day to day life and the app is simple and great. Couldn't imagine not having it. Has almost every feature you could ask for using on a day by day basis and easy to use/ navigate.

I personally did not want super flashy or colorful when it came to a smart watch. This watch has an incredible battery life which is worlds ahead of any competition. The “tactical” set up allows for tons of activity tracking as well as miscellaneous downloads through Garmin’s app. I even have the old school snake game on it. The one complaint I have is that I was unaware of the 50mm face and got the 45 thinking it was the biggest option, which I can still live with. If you want to track tons of health data and have crazy battery life(while being able to tell time) this is a great option. Very dependable and durable somewhat entry level smartwatch. I do wish the price point was a little better considering the lack of some of the more cutting edge features but overall great watch for what I needed.

Un bonito reloj, muy fácil de usar y configurar, el instructivo te da los pasos para usarlo y ya en el momento de encenderlo prácticamente te lleva de la mano. La gran diferencia entre el instintic 2X: el cristal y la carcasa tiene mayor resistencia a la abrasion, tracción y protección contra caídas y arañazos, aplicación de balística, surf, snorkel, y otras actividades que básicamente si no eres de deportes o actividades no te servirá mucho

Perfect product. It seems quite resistant, and it has all features from garmin! Nice on the woods and trails! But the battery life is not that all. If you do long exercises every day and use all the features, it going to rest 10 to 12 days max or less. Not more than 15 days for sure. And not enough memory to run the tools inside, so it takes too long to post it on the connect app. But not a big deal in my opinion. The Overall is 5 stars!

Que bueno que cambié mi apple watch por esta maravilla. Este reloj es otro nivel, se siente de calidad premium y es muy cómodo en la muñeca, además se siente moderno y masculino. En persona es mucho mejor que en fotos. Sin duda un gran acierto de Garmin.

First Garmin bought after swapping from Fitbit due to being forced to a Gmail account and the watch is going good needed YouTube to help with setting alarms etc but I would recommend definitely
