I rarely write long reviews, but this experience deserves one because it started with disappointment and ended with complete satisfaction. When I received the Inlight 100-inch, 7 ft, 4:3 motorised screen, I noticed faint vertical lines on the screen surface. To be fair, many first-time projector users or people not chasing near-4K image quality may never notice this. However, I’m extremely particular about picture quality. Before reporting it, I spent a few days comparing the projected image on the screen against a plain white wall to rule out my projector as the cause. Since I had chosen Inlight after comparing several brands and reading excellent reviews, I was actually hesitant to even approach the seller, wondering if I was expecting too much. I’m glad I did. Mr. Nitin immediately took the issue seriously. He asked for close-up photos of the screen and comparison photos of the projection on both the screen and the white wall, which showed he genuinely understood image quality. Instead of giving a standard reply, he and his team personally unpacked multiple screens from the same manufacturing batch, recorded videos of the inspections, and shared them with me. After confirming the issue was common in that lot, he asked me to wait for a fresh batch rather than simply replacing it with another screen from the same lot. When the new batch arrived, he repeated the entire process. The new screens had a much finer texture and no visible vertical lines. He even checked the 16:9 version, explained its superior screen material, and verified that its metal casing dimensions matched my existing 7 ft brackets—saving me from reinstalling everything in my very limited space. By then, my Amazon return window had already expired, but Mr. Nitin simply asked me not to worry, to pack everything carefully in the original packaging, and assured me that the replacement would be taken care of. The new 16:9 screen is outstanding. The finer texture makes a noticeable difference, and the image quality is significantly better. Any product can have a manufacturing issue. What matters is how it’s handled. The time, patience, transparency and genuine effort Mr. Nitin invested over several days—personally inspecting multiple screens, sharing videos, verifying measurements and ensuring I was completely satisfied—is something rarely seen today. What began as a worrying purchase ended as one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. This motorised projector screen has completely transformed my viewing experience with its smooth, quiet operation. Product is ok Cons 1) Installation is a hassle and there is no one at least in urban clamp to do this. I had to request my TV installer to get it done 2) It works great as long as it works. Once its stop working it gets difficult. There is no way to roll it back or use manually. Pros: Great Support !! My screen motor stopped working for 1week of usage and there is no way to roll up the screen. However when I reached the support Nitin. He asked me to send the video and the invoice copy from Amazon. He reviewed that and immediately he identified that It’s a motor issue and dispatch the motor. The only hassle is that we have to replace the motor ourselves and there is no technical help. It was a 1hr extensive process of and finally I was able to fix it myself. I appreciate the quick response their willingness to resolve my problem.

I've been using this projector screen for four months, and it has been a fantastic addition to my home theatre room. The motor operates smoothly, and both the wired and remote controls work perfectly. The screen surface is well-textured and bright white, ensuring that the projected images maintain their vibrant colours. The black backing of the screen enhances colour reflection, making the visuals even more striking. I found the installation process easy; I completed it myself using a separate wall-mounting stand that I purchased elsewhere.

I have been using this projector screen for the last 3 months, and it’s working perfectly without any operational issues. The projector screen cloth is 8 feet wide, while the holder is slightly longer than 8 feet. It operates automatically with the provided remote and controller box, which makes it very convenient to use. You can stop the screen at any length as per your projector setup, which is a great feature. The screen has hooks only at both ends, not in the middle. A middle hook could have provided extra wall support, but even without it, the screen hangs tightly and securely using just two screws. The weight of the unit is around 12–15 kg. The white screen surface is very clean and evenly finished, and the black cloth at the back prevents light from passing through, giving excellent picture quality. Overall, it’s a very good quality motorized projector screen, smooth in operation and worth the price.
