Book fell apart. Unacceptable. If there's a digital version, get that instead!
I have had this book for less than a year (10 months to be exact). It has literally fallen apart. I only used it previously for one assignment in one class and it has been on a bookshelf ever since then... Jones & Bartlett - you need to fix the binding on your products asap. This is completely unacceptable.

How is this acceptable?
I have used Amazon to rent textbooks for the price advantages, but I have to say I’m very upset on how this book even qualifies to be reused for a rental. It’s a hard cover and it has the top quarter of the cover completely ripped off. The back of the book isn’t even attached to the back of the pages (comforting). I haven’t had many issues with rentals before but I am pretty upset with this one. I’ve got two weeks before my class officially starts and I hope I get a newer, or at least useable version, before the deadline.

A MUST READ FOR ALL NP STUDENTS
One of the most important books you will purchase during your NP schooling. Buy the book it is a keeper. You will want it for references. For a legal book it speaks on what you should document, goes through review of systems, EHR, what you need to do for reimbursement, get the book.

Disappointing. Didn't learn anything I didn't already know.
Much too generalized. Not really helpful guidance for an experienced NP considering establishing independent business practice. Returning it. Maybe informative for new grad. RETURNED for refund 6 wks ago and STILL no refund or meaningful reply...

If you are a nurse practitioner you should not be practicing without this helpful book. IF you are a supervisor and or ops administrator should have as your go to reference.
