They work great I love them

The only positive thing I can say about this 'cell phone booster' is that the items construction is surprisingly good. Pretty thick metal plating for the router and the cable doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. You also get something like 50ft of coax cable included.The downside is that this receiver didn't work at all. I made sure I (and two other people with me) had the right type of phone, that utilized the bands in question. After trying 5 different configurations, we were able to get the bars on our phone to go up - but it didn't actually change the service level at all. We were in Northeastern PA in the mountains, but the surrounding area has service if you're high enough. Mounting this up 25 ft in a tree did nothing. Putting this in a spot where our phones got good service did nothing. I guess it's just meant to provide a placebo boost?Unfortunately, will have to return this. Seems like only the expensive ones do anything.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this particular device. It arrived in the mail really quickly and securely packaged. Instructions were poorly written but still pretty clear on how to use.I am using this in my shop which is in the middle of no where. Prior to this I was 1x / no signal inside and if i was standing outside i would get 2 if the wind was blowing right and i stood on one foot with a tin foil hat. After mounting and connecting all the pieces I now enjoy 4g lte full bars. This is only rated for approx 1500 - 2000 sq ft of coverage, but as i am in a warehouse with no walls it covers all 5000 sq ft of my work area and since its mounted near a window i even get full strength outside (when i am on near that window).You get 50 feet of Coax cable to run from the antenna to the repeater. Honestly needs to be more, like 100 feet. Cause if I was in a house, by the time I mounted it and ran the wire so it was hidden you wouldn't be able to get any usable length out of it.My advice, check what band you are using and triple check it. Purchase one that works for that band and enjoy.Only thing i am disappointed on is the price. If I were to piece it all together I could have saved myself approx. $50. but I didnt want to go through all that and bought the whole kit. I guess that's the price you pay for convenience.

This item was returned. Too many pieces, installation requires a ladder and drilling into the walls. I’m sure it would have worked if I were an engineer.

This product doesnt work . Im very familiar with cell boosters and this one is junk . I bought this to boost signal inside my camper and in my front lawn where i have 4 bars of service i have none in my camper until i turn this unit off . Then i get 1 bar .

Upon unboxing, I found all the necessary hardware to completely install. A mounting pole for the outdoor antenna is not included however. There's plenty of coaxial to locate the unit where I desired in my house. It boosted my cell signal from 1 to 5 bars. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong unit. I ordered a 12/16 band. I had to return and order a 66 band which will work with At&t in my area. There is a app listed in the manual which you can install on your phone that will check the band your carrier uses called LTE discovery app. Be sure to run this app before ordering so you will order the correct unit. Very good price and we'll built.

Put it up like it says and downloaded everything and it shows I have better signal but I actually have no signal at all with it not happy at all with it
