Former jewelry store manager here--these so far, will appear to be something close to real., as in more expensive and actual gemstones when they are not. I am unsure about fade quality, but to the majority of people out there, due to the construction and the nature of this setting, people are going to assume you are walking around with REAL gemstones on your ears, for this stone creation anyways.The setting is quite pronounced--it does stick out away from your ears and is not flush, which is the appoint to have the appearance you are wearing something "real" No itch for me on my ultra sensitive body.

I received the earrings as a gift from my 9 year old son. He saved his money and asked his dad to order them because he knows I love emeralds. They are beautiful earrings. Great value for the price.

These are gorgeous and I couldn’t believe the price- great value for the money. The stones are very pretty- red on the spectrum toward kind of dark orange, garnets form in red variants so that I was expecting. If you want bold red, probably go with a ruby I suppose. The box is pretty and the earring backs are normal but also came with little plastic post things that go on the very end but aren’t totally necessary- the backs seem to hold just fine. I tried to capture all that in my photos. They’re a great size, I’m very happy with the purchase. I think they would make a nice, classy gift.

The blue color of the earring is vibrant and beautiful. The size of the earring is just right. Not too small and not too big. However, and that is why I gave it only 3 stars, the backs of the earrings were very tiny, and as result the earring did not stay in place on my ear. I don't understand why? I had to order new backs that were equivalent to the size of the earring. Hopefully they will prevent these beautiful earrings from rotating on my ear.
