Build quality and durability

It was working well but it isnt that much durable. I mean for its price its good that it lasted more than months but if you use it gently you can expect it to last years. Btw its still somehow usable after a little crack on the glass. So good one. But not the best option.

My 6 soap dispensers are NOT working

I bought six soap dispenser for my bathrooms. Fill them all with different products and none of the dispensers is working. It was pathetic. Now I have to return it. Remove all the solutions from each one of them, and there is no packaging as I threw them all away, it is really frustrating. Please tell me what I have to do.
