What I didnt know about the Bible but suspected.
This gentleman has done YEARS of research using ancient languages, i.e. Hebrew, Greek and Roman to discover what many terms in the Good Book have been misinterpreted for centuries. Its one of the most profound reads I've ever had the pleasure of owning. I was never a big Bible reader, nor had much interest in it but I'd heard for too long that there were previous editions (as many as 14 known) and they were all markedly different from original writings. Over the centuries, the book was amended, re-worded or deleted such that its original contents were a bare shadow of what they were. Its all Old Testament information. You will find out much about mankind's origins from what the author has discovered and he clearly points out what the terms ELOHIM and YAHWEH are. The BIBLE as most of us know it now is considered a spiritual recording about "GOD" but in fact its more a historical accounting of mankind's early existence.Be willing to have some of your old concepts upset. It is not an easy read because you will need to pause often to consider what you've just read. It was well worth the cost and you will never find this in your local library system.

Excellent read - Poorly Edited
The book is fascinating. By keeping an open mind I was able to understand that this viewpoint only enhances my understanding of belief systems worldwide. My deepest beliefs remain unchanged. I wish someone had edited the book. The typos were annoying.

Life-changing
The book is a very careful, scholarly approach to the Old Testament as originally written, not as we know it. This book will change your view of God and of the Christian religion, both for better and for worse. For instance, yes Adam and Eve were real. No they weren't created by God but by many gods manipulating the DNA of hominids to become better servants for the gods. This book fits perfectly with the Sumerian legends and the Greek mythology of many gods walking the earth with mankind. It also explains the "fantastic" ancient structures which humans had no way to create. My one criticism is that the book takes around 50 pages of "noodling around" before it gets focused on the subject. Once it gets going, it will change you. The arguments are rational, rooted in the early Hebrew language, and explained so that anyone can see the validity of the propositions presented. Don't read it unless you are willing to be changed. It has increased my belief in a grand Creator of our universe, but it has added uncertainties as well. Now all the other books I've read on ancient history read differently. The ancient myths weren't myths at all; they were describing what they saw and knew. Our human history is a lot more interesting than we've been led to believe.

Eye opening truth!
This book has confirmed some of the things that I have believed for the longest! I'm a 54 year old black female, that had been part of different denominations of Christianity. What I like: When I would ask a spiritual leader a question that they didn't know the answer to they would say it was a mystery of God. As a young I remember telling my older sister what if Jesus was really an alien like on Star trek. I often told others that names should not be translated but should be transliterated. What I dislike: The tone of disrespect for the elohim of Israel. Who are we to judge, what is brutal, inhumane when we are not able to judge mans actions. They entered into a binding contract and decided not to fulfill their part of it. That's one of the many things wrong in this world. Instead of renegotiating new terms they decided to break the contract and thought that there would be no consequences for their actions.I never thought that the fruit was an apple. The tree knowledge couldn't have been an elohim because then the tree of life would also be an elohim. So all the other trees would be an elohim. And humans were not to have sex with the elohim.Eve couldn't have had sex with the serpent, because Adam would have had sex with it also.I also think that the original sin was them deciding to disobey the elohim that made/fashioned them, in taking knowledge that was not meant for themThe power of the ruach came upon Mary. I think the ruach is some kind of energy source that elohim are able to control and manipulate to do many things.Since El Elyon is the highest elohim, he just maybe the father that Jesus was talking about. And if Yahweh is said that he would comfort his people (the God that comfort, Isaiah 66:11-13) he maybe the new testament comforter that the father would send in Jesus name.I recommended this book before I completed reading. This book is very helpful in reading the bible and other text. This book still do not explain what happens to people when they are baptized in the name of Jesus, speaking in tongues ( not the Unintelligent babbling that goes on in church across America) and disembodied entities. There are many things that are unknown to us. I will continue to search.

Finally someone said it out loud.
Amazing research and dont hesitate get this facinating book. Youtube channel "The Fifth Kind" has an excellent discussion on the research with Mauro and Paul Wallis (english speaking). Its 4 hours long, and 6 episodes all put together into one video/podcast. What a time to be alive when so much truth is being exposed!

Very intriguing!
I am loving this book! It is in English and written by an author interviewing Mauro Biglino, the Italian scholar who made many discoveries about the inaccuracies in the Christian Bible. It is so validating to read the truth about what the Bible actually says. It makes so much more sense than what I was taught in Christian church. I really like how Biglino stays neutral by not telling people what they "should" believe. He simply wants to share what he has discovered in his translations. But the author interviewing him and who wrote the book does seem to be a bit biased against Christianity. It will definitely make you question Christian theology.

BRILLIANT***
Grazie Mille, Mauro Biglino***

Hidden history.
Fascinating! We have been manipulated by the inaccurate translations (intentional or unintentional) of the old and new testaments. Very well written with humor that offsets a lot of very dark information.
