Pre Phase Daily Driver Preworkout - Phase 1 Nutrition (Sour Gummies, 25 Servings)

Pre Phase is a solid preworkout. I got the sour worms flavor it tastes pretty good. The energy is good not overstimmed keeps me focused through my workout with no crash. Overall a good preworkout would buy again when this runs out. Probably check out another flavor next time

Absolutely love this product. Have the sour gummy and the orange mango flavor to go back and forth with. The formula and the flavor’s are top notch. Love the fully disclosed panel as well showcasing all of the ingredient. 6 full grams of Citrulline malate 2:1 yes please. The energy is absolutely dialed in and sustainable, doesn’t just hit and then go away 30 minutes later. The combination of Caffeine, Liposomal Caffeine (first I’ve ever seen this) and Dynamine for sustained energy is absolutely incredible will continue to use.

A friend of mine suggested that I try this pre-workout. I’m really impressed it taste good. And gave me that nice little energy pump that made me feel like working out.

Have used a ton of different pre-workout and I can finally say that I found out that works. I purchased sour gummies and it kicks in with a great stim and pump for sustained workouts. Gets me going and holds my attention through 1 1/2-2 hours most days. Definitely going to be trying the other flavors.

Product is strong pre-workout at reasonable price providing excellent energy and focus. Taste was good. I would recommend this product to friends.

The product is great I workout early and so I take a scoop after waking up and by the time I'm at the gym I feel great! No crash from it either!!! Definitely buying more. Awesome flavor too, doesn't make you cringe.

I love the taste of the P1 Pre Phase, sour gummies flavor! It’s not bitter or too sweet!I feel it gives me great endurance during my whole workout!Doesn’t give me the jitters like some other brands.

Okay flavor. Major crash. 10 minutes of energy then slothy crash. Would not recommend

I generally enjoy P1N products; their old Brain Blitz formula was probably the most effective pre-workout I've ever tried. However, this daily driver is a no-go:1. The taste is god-awful. I got the Cherry Limeade flavour, and I don't know if it's the chocolate seed extract, but this one was an absolute struggle to get down. I wouldn't usually complain about the taste of a pre-workout (none of them taste *good*), but this was nasty enough that I wouldn't get it again.2. The effects are minimal. I might just be sensitised to higher-stim PWOs, but I could barely tell if I had taken it at all. Some tingling from the beta-alanine, but otherwise, no pump, no energy, all crash.3. The DMAE does something to my moods. Your experience may vary, but the inclusion of the DMAE put me in the blackest, foulest moods. Extreme irritability and feelings of helplessness.It's a miss from me; back to Gorilla Mode until I can find something that compares to P1N Brain Blitz
