Love the idea of the pony pop but don't have any place to hang them? The lic 'n spin holder is the solution. Built to be as horse proof as possible. Made from hdpe plastic, the most durable material we could find. The indestructible nylon rod cannot be broken. Pre-drilled holes facilitates mounting on any surface or pipe panels. Review: Where is the hardware to hang it? - Plastic is very strong & the Pony Pop fill is substantial but it is very, very hard to open the holder split rings to get the Pony Pop in. Bad design. Where is the hardware to hang it? Ur brochure says it is there but it is not: there r 2 split rings that hold the pop spinner on the device & holes in the back of the device but where is the hardware??? Two split rings r the hardware? Holes r the hardware? By the way, where r the directions?
