Q: Can it hold one folded pant and shirt ?

That might be tough. They would have to be very very tightly folded which in my mind would cause them to wrinkle. And if you pack the usual in it also, like wallets, money, pens, sunglasses 😎 snacks, whatever then it would get tighter

Q: My bag as a key slot next to the combination lock but k do not see a key anywhere in the bag itself or the packaging. Is it supposed to have a key?

I don't have this bag but I suspect that the locks are set up to be TSA compliant. You set the combination but TSA has a key that would open the lock for inspection. If you look at other separate TSA compatible luggage locks, they have a combination and a key slot but do not come with a key. TSA already has it.

Q: What battery pack fits this bag?

Any battery that has USB 3.0 charging output connectors.
