Lovely bright colours with affirmations
These were ok, and with a few words on each ball to mentally support you. So I bought these to use at work. I was in hospital not that long a and unfortunately whilst there they hit a nerve which has left me with pins and needles. I usually just fist my hand up or shake it off at work. So to exercise my hand I bought these as they were nice colours and had some encouraging words on them. I gave it a 3 as the balls are hard to squeeze. Hopefully I'll start to feel better.
