I bought this specifically for wrapping Christmas presents. I used good-quality 19mm 3M tape, but it only works correctly about 10% of the time. When it does work, it also manages to fold the cut tape when it dispenses it. I'd return it, but it's too late. I've gone back to my good old reliable heavy-duty desktop tape dispenser. At least I can operate that one-handed

Not as easy to use as you think. Tape often doesn’t cut when releasing the big button. Tape does pull out okay but you needed to do it in one continuous go or the take sticks to itself.

It has been a month using this dispenser. Totally satisfied with its performance. Put it to heavy use last month and it worked without fail. Its plastic quality it good no issues till now

Compared to every tape dispenser I've had and used, after a few usages already, this is by far the best. Press and hold to dispense, release to cut, so you get short pieces by default, or can get longer ones as needed. This will make wrapping much easier and glad to have grabbed more than one tonensure I have an extra for the price that is quite acceptable. Edit: I did have trouble when I changed the tape roll, and a o-ring got caught and broke. The service was absolutely excellent and while I would have been fine with replacement o-rings, they replaced the item. (Purchased another and they refunded right away), so HIGHLY recommend this and thank you very much for such great service and your quick response! Absolutely happy and would not hesitate to purchase more, possibly as gifts.
