Kindly improve packing. It is not a cheap product which can be easily returned or replaced.
Beautiful piece.... but Kindly work on the packing ...just one layer of packing is not enough when a product as heavy n bulky as this travels accross states to reach the customers.One edge of the carpet got damaged due to wear n tear during transit.

Carpet for sitting room
The width of the carpet was 5 feet. But the length was 2 inch short of 7 feet . Why please??Pl ignore my earlier message. On examining the width of the carpet on one side, it is found the edges are flawed.Pl see the picture 2,3&4. The carpet has been cut and stitched. Whereas all the other edges are fine.
