The pump works just fine. You just have to apply this so the nossle is about 2-3" away from your scalp, or else it will apply big globs in a small focused area and look like a round brown dot, lol.But as most others stated, the downfall of this product is the quality of fibers themselves. It's not really a fiber at all comparing to the other leading name brands. This is more of a powdery dust that doesn't really stick well to any scalp or hair strand at all. Your best best is to buy this for the canister and pump, and buy a name brand fiber to fill it with.
