I heard shilajit resin mentioned by a spiritual teacher on instagram & he spoke about the benefits, I was curious so I thought I'd give it a go. Before taking I was struggling with low energy / fatigue, this product has definitely improved my energy levels & mood. I take 3 drops twice a day in a glass of squash, I take it alongside sea moss which I also find helps energy. Delivery came on time & everything was as expected - would buy again.

Got this item after doing a review & reading the benefits the taste is awful & not pleasant at all I take it in a drink in the morning & herbal tea in the evening & can't taste it at all I do recommend taking in a drink & not straight in the mouth as it tastes like liquid ash tray juice.

I bought shilajit from the same company eight months ago, and the concentration was different, with a noticeable impact. However, the current purchase indicates a much lower concentration.This feels deceptive

I used Shilajit before during menopause and it definitively helped with fatigue and my hair looked fuller and healthier. I have decided to take it again to boost energy levels especially as winters sinks in as a preventive supplement. There is no right or wrong way to use supplements by I take it every other day.

I bought these as it was recommended in one of my books as a great way to improve health and wellness. I've been taking them a few days and I feel they have made an improvement to my energy and how I'm feeling in general. Great product I will buy again ☺️
