Is this already painted (all the different colors) or does it reguire further painting?

Does this set have as many pieces a set 1?

Do these come in half height walls or only full? I already own two sets of half height.

The product description does not include any floor tiles, even though floor tiles are shown in the image. Are there floor tiles, or not??
