I love this phone case! It is a great way to protect your phone against drops. I love the belt clip it comes with and the quality and durability of the case ensures I won't end up with a broken phone. The price is great and not only does it come in a great purple color, it fits my phone well. I highly recommend this case!

Great case, I'm writing this almost a year after buying this. And it has held up very well. The case is still holding together fairly well. I do have some peeling on the back of the case. I also have lost the charger port cover. It held on forever, but I think it was more so me fidgeting with it at times that caused it to fall of. The case feels so sturdy, grippy and protective. I am very clumsy drop my phone alot, and this case protects it so well. The buttons on the side line up so well. And still have the tactile click that the bare phone has. It doesn't hide it through the case. And even for it being a super durable otter box case. I am impressed with how slim it seems to feel. Its not comparable to the "slim" cases but i have used some otterbox/lifeproof cases that just seem bulky. This does not it's seems very sleek. The holes for the speaker, and charger are pretty big so I use a hefty charger and it doesn't block its ability to be charged. Plus the case even still works to be tirelessly charged. And you can even still use this to take advantage of the s22 feature of "powershare" which is where you can take your earbuds, watch, or frinds phone and charge it off yours by laying it on the back and it will wirelessly charge the phone even through the case. I 100% love this case and when it's time to upgrade to a new phone I will definatly look to otterbox again to get a similar case. Very impressed

Excellent case, but the start button was very stiff and I had to press very hard to turn my phone on and off. Google Gemini suggested the following and it corrected the problem. An OtterBox Defender case making your Galaxy S22 Ultra buttons hard to press is common due to the case's integrated button covers needing to be "broken in" or the buttons getting misaligned; try removing and repeatedly pressing the case buttons, cleaning around the phone's actual buttons with isopropyl alcohol, or gently working the case's button membrane to improve responsiveness, as they often loosen up with use or minor adjustment. Solutions to Try Break In the Case Buttons: Remove the phone from the case. Repeatedly press and wiggle the case's power and volume buttons for a few minutes to work the material and the internal button membrane. Reinstall the phone and test.

This case seems rugged but it holds too tightly to the s22 ultra, causing screen protectors that wrap over the curved edges. The case lines up TOO perfectly with the film, which runs up against the edge of the film, creating bubbles. I ended up using a deburring tool to scrape off the sharp edge that touches the screen in order to give the case a slightly more rounded edge so it won't do this any more. See pic with the tool and just the faintest whisps of plastic I removed

This defender has saved my phone 100's of times as I have dropped it. I still have it on my phone. My phone has zero scratches, cracks, or nicks. Love it.

Great quality, solid case! Only Otterbox I buy!

This is huge compared to some protectors. One disappointment common to all s22 ultra cases is that an oblong cut out is left for the camera lenses which means a small area of the case is left exposed. I'm not sure how long the charging point flap will survive being flexed every time charging takes place. Not happy with the force this applies to the USB-c plug either

Bulky but that's expected, over 1 year later and my clumsy self must have dropped the phone more than 100 times. Dents and scratches to the case but the phone is intact. Quite quickly removed the black backing and the screen protector ended up more in the way than anything else after a while but still worth it for the rest of the case

Can't fault this cover, although it certainly adds to the weight of an extremely heavy Samsung S22 Ultra. Was concerned about not having anything covering the screen itself, but the raised edges on the sides, have proven more than satisfactory, as I've dropped the phone a couple of times due to bad arthritis in the hands. Would have liked a wrist lanyard especially as it's an expensive cover but still feel the phone is completely safe with the cover (maybe just not arthritic hands).
