This is well laid out, very clear and very easy to follow.

Ordered this first for my Kindle. Read the fine print: NOT FOR YOUR STANDARD KINDLE. Shame on you Amazon!Cancelled Kindle edition (bummer) and reordered paper copy. Now my cut apart, scan, and upload to Kindle.

Seems like a good book. I have a lot to learn
