What's the difference between the 10 LB, 20 LB, and 30 LB options?

Choose based on current fitness level. Beginners typically start with 10-15 LB for weighted walking. Intermediate users progress to 20-25 LB. Advanced users use 30-45 LB.

Will the sharp edges damage my backpack fabric?

No. The plate features four smoothly rounded, curved edges specifically designed to protect backpack interiors from wear and scratches. The protective design minimizes contact damage to surrounding equipment during movement and storage.

Can I use this weight plate for exercises outside of a backpack?

Yes. The dual 5” ergonomic handles enable use for overhead presses, squats, lunges, and core work. The textured grip surface provides stable handling during gym exercises and varied training applications.

Can I stack multiple plates in one backpack, or combine weights for heavier loads?

Yes. You can combine multiple plates to increase weight. Stack evenly and make sure your backpack can safely support the total load.

Does the black coating protect against rust and outdoor weather?

Yes. The cast iron construction with black coating finish is designed to withstand repeated outdoor use in varied weather conditions. Store in a dry location after use to maintain coating integrity and prevent moisture exposure.

Tolles Gewicht. Freue mich schon auf die nächste Wanderung

Hält was das Inserat verspricht.

Great Value

The finish is fine. I am mystified why other manufacturers charge so much for equivalent products.
