(never leave them in a car with the windows all rolled up, or when temperatures are above 75 or below 60 deg F, keep water in the car that they can drink, etc. **Q: Does this item blow around on a breezy upper deck with a laptop inside? What is the fabric that it is made of?** A: Since the laptop sits in the dome, it weighs it down and will not blow away. The dome is a "vinyl-like" fabric or almost what a windbreaker jacket would be made of. By itself it would blow away on a windy day... but with a laptop in it, it can't.
