This arrived in a very colourful curved box with a display window so you can see the doll inside. My youngest daughter is six years old and has a couple of dolls she plays with, and has watched rainbow high although not on a regular basis but is familiar with the characters.Once my daughter returned from school I presented her with the doll and she was delighted. Unpacking took quite a while and was certainly beyond a small child due to the multitude of fastening bands and tape that needed removing and cutting. The doll is very well secured within its box and the packaging protects it very well.My daughter has been playing with the doll daily since it arrived and really likes it, she has even been taking it to bed with her. I gave it a really good look over and the fine details are quite impressive with even the golden buckles on the overalls having small working release clips. The stitching is very well finished and all looks very neat and straight, and all the facial detail is very precise with the hands also having nail varnish on. The backpack is very well finished and usable with Velcro securing on the main opening.Overall this is a very nice doll and in my opinion a good representation of Ruby Anderson in the series. The articulation of the doll is good with it not being too loose so it won’t stay in place, and not too hard to manipulate into position even for a six year old. The finishing and attention to detail is high quality and my daughter loves her. I can’t really find any faults or flaws so have given top marks.

My daughters love the Rainbow High series and dolls. The one I got is very, very, very red and I'm certain it'll be a sure fire hit. Personally, I'm not enamoured with this particular fashion look, but then again, what do I know :)This is Ruby Anderson from Rainbow Junior High, rather than the normal, errr... High. I had to look it up as I was not up to speed with the US schooling system but Junior High is for years 6 to 8 (so ages 12 to 14 approx), and the High School is for years 9 to 12, so older teens.Therefore, this is a younger version of Ruby Anderson. The doll is well constructed and with some cool accessories including the initialed Rainbow High school backpack.If your children like the normal Rainbow High, then I'm willing to state they will love this series of dolls.

First of all, the Ruby red Anderson comes in a stunning red all over the place, she has everything in red but in extreme detail and high quality make. I am sure Rainbow high fans will fall in love with it immediately, for those who are not yet RH fan will get attracted to be a fan too. She is very different from the feel of Barbie where I used to play with when I was a girl. Barbie is elegant but RH is trendy and fashion representative. The doll is 23cm tall which is good size, I particularly like her little red backpack with RH embroidered onto it. Highly recommended.

My daughter is a massive fan so she was very excited to get this. Anyone who watches these on youtube will love this toy. It is very well made and it has a lot of detail. I like that its not just all plastic. I like the accessories like the mini back pack which is fabric and actually is a mini backpack. The hair and the clothes are again well stitched. The dolls are true to their characters on tv. The hair is long and can be styled and you can play with it. Its a nice doll and it gets the thumbs up from my household.

My daughter took her doll in walk and doll hand fell off not very sturdy at all xxx
