They combine style, comfort, and convenience in a way that few other shoes can match
A few years ago, I decided to invest in a pair of Skechers Men's Equalizer Double Play Slip-On Loafers in a light taupe color, and I have to say, they have served me exceptionally well. After experiencing their durability and comfort firsthand, I recently made the decision to purchase a new pair. Given that the light taupe shade is quite appealing, I recommend applying a Scotch Guard spray to them right away. This protective layer will help keep them looking fresh and clean, allowing you to enjoy their stylish appearance without the constant worry of dirt and stains. The design of these loafers is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly functional. They are easy to slip on and off, making them a practical choice for anyone with a busy lifestyle. The cushioned insole provides exceptional comfort, whether you're running errands or enjoying a casual outing with friends.Overall, I would highly recommend the Skechers Men's Equalizer Double Play Slip-On Loafers. They combine style, comfort, and convenience in a way that few other shoes can match. Whether you're looking for a reliable everyday shoe or something to wear for a more relaxed occasion, these loafers are sure to exceed your expectations.

Love these shoes. Easy to get on and off and are very comfortable. If you have narrow feet get the wide ones, not the extra wide. They come a little on the wide side to get them on and off. I bought size 10 and are prefect fit. I wear 10 or 10.5 size.

Fit perfectly, very comfortable. These do stretch over time
After buying a few pairs of Sketchers locally, we felt confident in buying them online. They fit as expected. My husband wears 11D, which is a medium width. This pair is almost, not quite, the exact pair he purchased over a year ago. He got so much use out of those, that he did not hesitate when he saw these available. While we were looking at the Sketcher shoes here on Amazon, he found quite a few from which to choose! Price and color was right on three of them, so he bought three! Now he seems quite happy with himself. He says they all fit quite comfortably, and just what he was looking for.He wore his last pair of Sketchers every day, sliding in and out of them at the back door to take the dog for a walk--several times a day, rain or shine, 110 degrees or 30 degrees. That pair lasted for over a year. We are very happy with this pair.Just a hint: He uses a shoe horn for the first week or two, so that he does not break the back of the heel. After that, the shoe stretches (because these are not leather) enough to slide on the shoe without help. The shoe continues to stretch over time. They do get a bit sloppy after a while, hence these are the perfect shoes for leaving at the door for activities around the house. He resorts to newer pairs to wear out in public.Just another hint: Definitely use the column at the left side of the page to search for exactly what you need--there are so many shoes from which to choose. It's overwhelming and you'll want to give up if you don't limit your search. If there's plenty in your size, you're apt to find a good price.

Comfortable but run a little too wide
I bought these for specifically one purpose. I went on an extended vacation that was going to involve a lot of walking for a month, not nature walks, but on city streets, museum tours, and historical sites. I averaged about 21,000 steps a day, peeking at 30,000 steps on several days (roughly 13 miles). I needed something comfortable and the shoes did the job. I wore them every day from morning till night, while riding public transportation (usually standing), and taking three-to-four-hour tours of museums and or attractions. Though my legs were understandably tired at the end of each day, there was no foot pain. That was great! I just got back from vacation and have only had the shoes for a month so I can't speak to the durability or long-term comfort of the shoes. We'll see how they hold up over the next few months. The only negative is that though the length was just right but they were a bit too wide and loose, which may add to the comfort but reduced the support. I normally wear a size 9 dress shoe, though I wear a 10 and maybe even 10 and 1/2 running shoe. I bought these in size 9, and they fit great lengthwise. I don't think I could have worn anything smaller. However, because they fit loosely, you may need more support if your walks include steep up hills or down hills, stair climbs, or walking on uneven stone paths. I found that in all of these cases my foot was moving around too much, either sliding forward or backward or rolling within the shoe. It felt sort of like I was doing this type of walking in slippers. On straight, even, paved paths, this should not be an issue. If I were to do it again, I'd find a shoe that was just as comfortable on the bottom but had either laces, a buckle, some kind of elastic, or velcro across the top.

Do not work as expected, but will do UPDATE
I recently bought two other Skechers tennies, size 10 1/2, which fit perfectly. These are somewhat smaller. Were I to do it again, I would order an 11. Nevertheless, I intend to keep them; they are tighter than I wish when wearing athletic socks, but not so much so that I wish to return them. I suspect they will loosen up with wear.I got these as house shoes, to replace my 20-year old loafers. I was attracted by the fact that they were suppose to slip on without use of the hands. Alas, this is not true in my case -- not with athletic socks. they do slip on hands-free barefoot, and I suppose they would also work as advertised with stretch socks. Perhaps if I had the size 11s they would work better all around. My advice is to order a half size larger if you wish to wear thicker socks.UPDATE: The shoes did stretch out after a few days wear. In addition the memory foam is extremely comfortable, especially for such a lightweight sneaker. I upgraded my rating from four to five stars.

Well made- and comfortable
Husband especially likes them in the warm weather (and around the house in cold) they've held up nicely.
