The N64 Encyclopedia: Every Game Released for the Nintendo 64

Just received this along with the Mega Drive book and looking through them both for an hour I've found I'm very pleased with my purchase! I'm rather obsessed with the 90s era of games, especially the 5th generation, and this N64 book is a wonderful resource to sit down and be reminded of/learn about the various games on this lovely system. Even the games I've not played it's really nice to learn about them. :) If this author ever did an original PlayStation (PS1/X) book then I would buy it in a heartbeat!! Along with if he did a Sega Saturn, Panasonic 3DO or Atari Jaguar book! Though I know they would be far less likely. As I said though, 5th generation obsessed. 😁

As a fan of the Nintendo 64, I really enjoyed this book. It covers every single game released for the system as well the games released on the rare 64 DD that was only released in Japan. Overall a really comprehensive book. If you owned a Nintendo 64 back in the day then you need to buy this book!

Covers pretty much all N64 games, is really well written. Good summaries of each published N64 game and a nice range of screenshots. Book is in hardcover and feels well produced

This is a very nice book that is full with screenshots and information about all games released for the N64 (not that many actually...). However, need to deduct one star due to the quality of the paper and printed images, in parts of the book the pages are slightly wavy and most screenshots appear excessively blurry. I am aware of the image quality problems with N64 games (low resolution, low quality textures, etc) but it should be possible to take better quality shots with modern equipment/scalers. All in all, a great book that just misses the 5 star rating. Still highly recommended if you want a reference guide for the full set of games released for the console.

Chris Scullion has been a video game journalist for years and his knowledge once again shines through. Excellent information and trivia with some great humour. I missed the N64 era but i can find out about it through this and it covers all regions so some games that never made it here are in this book. A great addition to a fantastic growing series. I've bought one as a present for a gaming friend of mine who i know will love it. Highly recommended.

Really glad i got this book. This book is a must have if you owned a n64. Would love to see a PS1 or PS2 book in the future

I am a decent retro collector and this is great as a reference material for the entire span of the console. You can tell the author puts a lot of care and attention to detail as he builds these. Can’t wait for others as I’ll buy them right away.

The book is fantastic, very good, I am very happy to recommend this book for retro - game enthusiasts and fans of the N64. The shipment was bad. Unfortunately, the book arrived damaged. I partially repaired it; the cover was dented on the side, also the packaging it arrived in. Unfortunately, the book was also damp at one point; the paper is slightly wavy but no longer damp upon arrival. After my repair, it was fine for me, but it does not meet my expectations for new goods.
