Backing pad replacement?

I would email the seller. I actually broke mine where the pole handle clasps together. I emailed the company about replacement parts and they promptly sent me and entirely new sander.

Will this machine remove old paint from deck?

Hello, thank you for your question. Our drywall disc sander is ideal for grinding drywalls, plaster walls, interior walls, exterior walls, ceilings, paint coatings, adhesives and loose plasters. But pls be aware that it will wear off the primer, NOT applicable if you just want to remove the new paint on the primer.

Can you attach to a shop vac too?
