I've used the angled rubber tips for my Komperdell walking poles. They're great! They're quite a thick rubber, so there's not as much reverberation in the poles. The company also did a great job of marketing their product, including a little postcard with the company's info.

Rubber replacement pack
I bought 2 packs...but they did not fit well my nordic poles, I lost one while walking one day, and another one on another day, could not push them farther on the poles to fit better...
