Henderson Thermoprene Sport Cap

Fits well and is warm. It is made of a stretchy neopreme and thus the "Medium" size will probably fit a range of medium heads. It appears well made.My one complaint is that the strap to secure it on the head is only one inch wide and naturally presses against my gullet rather than on the chin where I would prefer it.I bought the cap for paddling-- to use, in addition to my wet suit, as projection against cold-water shock if the kayak rolls. For that purpose, it would be best to keep the strap snug.

I wear a 7 3/8 hat, got the XLG and it fits fine. Reasonably snug not crazy tight, which you might want, but I just needed something for swimming when it's cold. According the chart I was at the top end of Lg. so went up a size which I'm glad I did. Also like the adjustable chin strap. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the cap, I just gave it 4 stars cause it's just a cap and don't think everything needs to be five stars.

Great hood that keeps your knoggin warm. However, two of us found the chin strap to be a little annoying, especially if you haven't shaved. We're primarily using these for canyoning in extremely cold water conditions under a helmet. Overall, a good product that is well made.

quality of material and construction are top notch as always with Henderson. I love their wetsuits! However, all that doesn't really matter though when the hood chokes you so bad its unwearable. If i were to tighten the strap tight enough so i could actually dive i would pass out do to suffocation.

I returned due to how small it was. I use a small helmet for skiing so order a med so I could put my long hair up. I was very small and did not cover my forehead which is mandatory when water skiing in cold temps.
