The media could not be loaded. This is really really good for the price. Baselit is bright, and loud. Really cool. All metal hilt. Displays great. And very solid for battles. Tons of sound fonts and the smooth swing is amazing. Can do even more controls with Blutooth and the blade configurator app. Highly recommended!!!!

This light saber is so much fun! An easy to use phone app, as well as motion activated features, make it easy to change sounds and colors. USB charging works well and a charge lasts a long, long time. Hefty in your hand, this metal is sturdy and the blade is “dueling” quality. I wouldn’t try to chop down trees with it, but you can whack something pretty hard without damage to the blade. Five stars!

The Empire is a beautiful saber. The problem I have is with how it operates. Even more importantly, I'm very disappointed in how ZiaSaber support ignored my concerns.There is no way to tell how long to hold the button on this saber. There is NO LED, as the manual claims. It doesn't tell you what changes you made until you release​ the button. So, that means that if I want to, say, turn off motion control, I end up changing other settings until I find the one that works by guessing how long to hold the button down. Then I have to go back and try to find how long to hold the button down again to change all those settings back, which creates even more of a mess.I have the manual. I know how to hold the button down. But there is no way whatsoever to know what feature will be changed until you let go of the button, because it's not until you let go that it tells you what you just changed.This is a very poor design, and the manual that comes with it has nothing to do with this particular model. Much of it is incorrect.I wrote twice to their customer service. The first time I was completely ignored. So, I wrote again with the details I gave above, explaining how, without an LED on the saber, changing the settings are hit and miss. This time, the response I received was, "This is our most popular saber." That's all they said.The real reason this saber is popular is because it's the cheapest on their website. I didn't expect them to add an LED to my saber, but I wanted my concerns heard.I suggest that buyers beware. A company who doesn't honor their customers concerns is not worth supporting.UPDATE: The saber stopped working after having it only two weeks. I wrote again to Ziasabers, but they refused a refund or a replacement. I sent a total of three emails explaining the problems in detail, but all I received were responses that asked me to tell them AGAIN what I just told them. Three times! Twice in emails with their company they used someone else's name instead of mine. This company is EXTREMELY incompetent. I suggest finding one of the more reputable dealers online rather than this one.

Spontaneous purchase as I been needing a lightsaber for my costume due to my old one breaking. This went on a flash sale so I bought it. Great value for the money, its very solid and works perfectly. Awesome for any costume.

I mostly bought this to do light painting with my college students. I was actually stunned when I opened it. It is one of the best prop replicas I have ever seen. I paid about 1/3 of the price of the most expensive ones I have seen and I can't imagine what they have that makes them that much better. My only quibble with this sabre is that I am old and I have had a heckuva time figuring out how to get the phone app. I have to change everything using the one button on the handle and it is mostly just a guess for me. I still recommend this highly just because it is such a beautiful work of art.

Bought this just because I had an itch for a lightsaber and this one definitely scratched it.Completely customizable using the app, you can change the color of the blade that is assigned to each sound font, flash on clash, really light, could use a better blade, but for $100 I can't complain!

I've been collecting "light sabers" since I purchased the first prop GRAFLEX electro lume nearly 40 years ago. THIS saber is the best I've owned. The finish is perfect. The function has been flawless. It's not a replica of Luke's hand built saber. Who cares? I love that the "blade" comes off easily with four set screws. I equally love that the blade is secured with four set screws. Top marks for the pre-set "modes", quality of the base speaker including response to movement and strike. I highly recommend this saber.

The metal hilt of this lightsaber is beautiful and well constructed. It looks great hanging from the belt of my cosplay costume. The electrical components, however, are faulty. The battery started losing charge almost immediately. Then one day when I tried to ignite my saber, approx. 3 months after purchase, it started making a horrible noise, which sounded a little bit like Max Headroom sticking his finger in a light socket. After several secs the saber shut down and will no longer light up or make sound.If you want a prop, this saber is fine. But I do not recommend it if you want a dueling saber or fancy toy for your kids to play with. They will be disappointed.

Lo usé 4 días y después de esos 4 días me dejó de dar el color azul, so.. descargue la aplicación la actualice y pensé que con eso se arreglaría pero no.Quite la hoja y comencé a visualizar los LED lo cual me percate que son 3 y de esos tres uno ya no prende lo cual es un defecto de fabrica y eso me entristece.Los materiales son buenos pero me quedé decepcionado por ese detalle que ya no me da mi color favorito y solo está rojo, verde y amarillo
