This is simple and to the point. Plug it in, put in up to two 1kg rolls, touch power, touch m until it says work. The base settings are perfect. 6 hrs 50c. Leave the weep holes unplugged! The front read out will give you the humidity. Looking for 30 or less on average, according to ai. I figure if it's dropped into the 30's that's solid and has worked well for me. It makes a difference. I've seen filaments start in the 50% range, which is awful, down to mid 30's and suddenly it prints well. Doesn't solve all my printer problems, but it helps.

Very nice dryer, I would like to say that I wish it had a 4 hour option, lowest is 6 hour, but I guess higher is better than lower. I only use it at 50c and its been working great, comes with plugs to keep moisture in. Looks super nice on my desk, doesnt take up much space, Durability is probably a 9/10, lid feels a bit flimsy but its not like its gonna take a hit any time soon. I printed tpu while drying it and the bearings helped gret with the extrusion, no issues for me. overall great product for 3d printing.

1. Temp: Set at 40C. Temp reads 50C+. Lack of preciseness isn't confidence inspiring. Wrong temps aren't good for certain filament types. *Update: this appears to only happen on initial startup. Temp settles down after awhile to correct setting. 2. The power supply gets too hot to even touch. This indicates it isn't designed properly, and will fail in the medium-term, (as others have reported). It's always possible I got a bad unit.

This filament dryer made a noticeable difference in my print quality. It’s easy to use, heats up quickly, and keeps filament dry while printing, which helped reduce stringing and print issues. Simple setup, quiet operation, and works great for everyday printing. Definitely worth it if you want more consistent prints. Color quality, material quality, it’s all perfect with this.

I will say to start off with this is not necessary if you want to print with PLA. If you want to print with more advanced filaments this device is a game changer in the humid south.. I love this device it delivers great drying capability and as allowed me to print with ASA and TPU that I did not have the ability to do regularly with the humidity in the south. The machine is easy to use plug in put filament in and it will do rest. Very happy and would highly recommend!!
