The media could not be loaded.  I had this scooter unpacked and assembled in 15 minutes. You need to get the APP to get it started but that was no problem. This scooter is very well made and rides better than any other scooter I have ridden. I bought one from another manufacturer on AMAZON last year. This one is far superior in quality of build, and riding comfort. It has air filled tires which make it far smoother that solid tire scooters. The one I got last year goes 5 mph faster, but the ride isn't nearly as comfortable. The latch that hold the thing together when folded is well engineered and works great. Our other scooter's latch has broken twice and we have to carry it with a strap. I can get the NIU scoter to go 16mph. (25mph would be better). I think they make another model that goes faster. However, I think most people will find 16mph fast enough. Battery life appears to be good. I can't rate it on hills, as I live in Florida and where I ride is flat. We take our scooters on our boat and use them when in port as transportation. They would be great for RVing as well. The APP keeps you well informed on the statistics of the scooter. It tells you the battery life, a go riding record, it locks and unlocks the scooter, helps you find dealer, has a fault code directory etc. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of the scooter. It is no doubt the highest quality in this price range. One note: we had an issue with delivery and it had to do with Amazon's shipping label, not the seller. Delivery took weeks while Amazon and UPS worked the issue out, it had to do with the label not being properly marked for hazardous materials, aka the battery. Eventually, UPS re-boxed the item the scooter and finally delivered with a note inside the box explaining the issue.UPDATE: I like the e-save setting that only allows the scooter to go 9 mph, it's a safe feature for those who are uncomfortable going fast or to use in congested areas to prevent accelerating too fast. I also find the e-save mode makes the scooter less jerky upon start up. The e-save option is easy to access, it will display on the bottom of the screen, just push the on button again to add or remove it. Battery life is very good. The scooter has a head light that you can put on when dark, just double click the on button. There is alway a regular low beam safety light on. The headlight is bright and wide street coverage for seeing if you are out in the dark. It has a bell to ring to notify people you are approaching. It also has one hand break but reducing the speed immediately slows the scooter down. The more I use it the more I like it. We got it to take on our boating trips but I use it around the neighborhood when I go to a friends house.

I sent it to a service center and again after 3 weeks it closed and blocked, it squeaks, blocks the wheels, the gas and brake do not work, What to do with it. can they exchange it as a defective product or send it back to the service center?

I wrote this review after riding for around 10 days, so far my experience is fantastic.Pros:1. Great battery life2. Smooth and fast3. Easy to ensemble and handle4. Good lookingCons:1. The scooter weights around 20KG, not easy to carry.

I was really excited when I took it out of the box. However the scooter’s true top speed is 15mph. Maybe I got a lemon, but the battery life is not as advertised either. On a full charge I was able to make it 12 miles on one trip. Charge for 5 hours to get a hour ride :/ When battery gets low it may as well be dead

I absolutely LOVE this scooter. I had been asking my dad to get me one forever. When I finally opened it up on Christmas morning my body was filled with excitement. This scooter has many amazing features. First, it goes super fast with a top cruising speed of 15 mph. When I went down a hill, I got up to about 22 mph. It was amazing. Second, I love how easy this scooter is to assemble. The box and the instructions are very clear of how the scooter needs to be assembled together. This scooter can also collapse into a smaller position which makes traveling with the scooter much more convenient. Third, the Ninebot app has an incredible app which has so many different features that help improve the rider's experience. The app can be linked directly to the scooter through Bluetooth. There is also a phone holder that is placed on the handlebar which is very helpful and useful. The app can show the rider the scooters battery life, speed, and driving mode. The app can also present the route of which the scooter was driven and how far the route was. Ninebot did a fantastic job with this scooter!

Good fun scooter, only issue is, scooter readings been taken when 70-76kg person rides it. Me walking around with 90kg bit struggl up hill.

This scooter wasn’t suitable so I sent it back , but the thing is I’ve been waiting for nearly two weeks for a refunds that’s always saying the scooter is still on its way back , it took one day to get here and 14 to get back so far

Farò una recensione il più completa possibile dal mio punto di vista. Lo sto usando da qualche giorno e lo ho testato subito dato che mi serviva immediatamente. Dividerò per pro e contro.Pro:-materiali di gran fattura, metallo vero-luci di posizione e posteriori al livello delle automobili sia per potenza di illuminazione che per tecnologia (ha anche gli abbaglianti)-Ci sono tutte le componenti, le istruzioni sono chiare ed e' tutto abbastanza intuitivo.-L'app all'inizio ha avuto un problema con la registrazione risolto subito grazie ad una Assistenza Clienti attivissima e professionale (purtroppo l'assistente parlava francese ma con Google translate ho fatto uguale)-molto comodo il fatto che é richiudibile-velocitá perfette e controllabili-affronta le salite con pochissima difficoltà (peso 62 kg e ovviamente rallenta e va a 14 km/h in salite con pendenza bel oltre il 15% indicato. Io abito in collina e ci sono solo salite e discese, va a meraviglia)-resistente alle buche (rallentate se ne trovate magari). Mi imbattutto in non poche buche e crepe, per alcune ho dovuto rallentare senza problemi, per altre, minori, ho continuato rallentando meno ma non ha dato problemi o segni di instabilità o "rischio di rottura"-ci mette meno del bus nel tragitto che devo fare (7km circa direi top)Contro-pesa 20 kg, assolutamente non comodo da trasportare a mano, io sono ben allenato, ma penso ad una persona media (ragazzo, ragazza, uomo, donna) avrebbe non poche difficoltà per questo per trasportarlo su treni, scale mobili, metro o autobus-é ingombrante ma non troppo, diciamo che la difficoltà principale sta nel peso, quindi se i mezzi sono affollati (esempio la metro) é davvero uno strazio destreggiarsi e spostarsi col monopattino fra la gente etc etc-non ha un sistema di allarme che avvisa il telefono in caso di furto e nemmeno un sistema GPS per trovarlo in caso di furto o se magari hai dimenticato accidentalmente dove lo hai parcheggiato ma questo diciamo che non era previsto quindi é solo una annotazioni per i produttori (potrebbe essere un idea non da poco)-inizialmente se non effettui la registrazione con l'app il monopattino é praticamente inutilizzabile, ma una volta fatto é tutto ok (lo dico perché mi é successo di aver avuto problemi nella registrazione all'inizio ma poi é tutto andato per il meglio)Detto ciò io comunque mi trovo molto bene. Mi abituerò al peso etc, già ho trovato alcune strategie, posizioni etc e per ora davvero é molto meglio di quello che mi potessi aspettare da un monopattino elettrico. 4 stelle e non 5 per i motivi sopra elencati, ma potrei anche sorvolare, di fatti infine lo consiglierei assolutamente.

Compre el patinete NIU Kqi3 sport y la verdad que me sorprendió la calidad del mismo y su autonomía. Sin duda lo recomiendo para personas que tengan que desplazarse por la ciudad pero sin exigir pendientes muy pronunciadas aún así empuja bastante bien. Está por encima de otros patinetes como Xiaomi ya que su chasis es muy robusto y está muy bien acabado en detalles y ensamblaje.

Per una settimana è andato tutto liscio: il monopattino è bello e veloce, proprio come dicono tantissime recensioni su Amazon e su YouTube. Il problema? È che dopo una settimana non si è più acceso. E non c'è NULLA che si possa fare a riguardo, se non chiedere il reso. Quando si compra un prodotto del genere ci si aspetta che sia affidabile e che duri per anni, non per una settimana! Può essere il monopattino più bello del mondo, ma se non funziona è solo un pezzo di spazzatura!
