The soft lining ensures the wrap doesn't stick to your skin or pull at any stitches, if you had surgery like I did. Works great to take down swelling. Can make it as tight or as loose as you need. And what's great is you can get up and move if you need to, and the ice pack doesn't move. Sturdy design. Freezes fast and lasts for up to 1/2 an hour. And the two pack ensures that if you need more time being on ice, or need to alternate, you can easily switch back and forth. Love this.
