I dislike nothing about this product. It works as advertised!

I do love this blender. It actually works better at making smoothies than the more expensive name brand. I did, however, have one issue with it before the one year warranty was expired. I was not able to get in touch with the manufacturer, but did reach out to the Amazon seller. The seller responded within a matter of hours and sent me a replacement blender right away. The seller was so great to work with and is very concerned with your satisfaction, so please don't hesitate to give this blender a try!! 🙂

My blender worked fine for a few months, then developed a problem. I contacted them, and they were courteous, each time, the follow up was excellent until my problem was resolved. A five star company with a five star product.

Overall it is very good

I liked the product and it worked to expectation. But a gasket either broke when tightening down the container with my normal stuff to blend or slipped off and went into the teeth of the blender. It was wound around the gear which powers the blender. I have used the e-mail address they gave and went online trying to get a replacement part. So far no answers to satisfy what I thought would be a simple part to replace. I would'nt recommend this company for that reason. Stick with Ninja etc. *Update 9/24/22 I would change the 3 stars to 1 star based on customer service. They are telling me they can't find a record of where I made the purchase through Amazon all the while ignoring what I ask for-a part number on the provided model number. It's not worth my time to e-mail them again. How hard could this be? I paid $62 for the 1200Watt blender. I suspect maybe Ninja or another company makes their product and I could only hope their service is better.

I don't use this much because of the insane volume so I haven't put it through anything too difficult. Seems "ok" but was afraid to really test it and break it with ice or something similar. Works with berries to make a smoothie anyway.

We make 4 smoothies a day in the Vitamix but needed something more portable for travel. Got this (carried it on the plane) and were delighted with how powerful it is and easy to clean. I love that it's gravity-fed instead of needing the tamper to push things down like we do with the Vitamix. I have a small hand blender I've used for years that's on its deathbed. I was dreading how I would make salad dressings (that actually emulsify and don't require endless whipping) without it, but the smaller cup on this has stepped up to the task perfectly. Did I mention it's easy to clean? The Vitamix was literally 10 times more money and this one is just so much better for our needs. Plus the mixing containers double as two portable cups! Seriously, a top 10 of all-time favorite purchase.

Tiene demasiada potencia que no permite que haga su función de forma correcta, quedan pequeños residuos. No es ruidosa, el vaso es grande y algo pesado el aparato.

Lo importante a la hora de comprar una licuadora personal es ella potencia del motor. Esta es de 1000 watts, lo que implica que tritura finito TODO. Es pesada, pero muy, muy, buena. Y el precio es inmejorable
