Make it stronger with fats
Great stuff with many positive effects. One issue is this isn't a form with oils in it, so take it with some food with plenty of oil or you can just take some olive oil in a spoon. Apigenin has a low "bioavailability" meaning it does not absorb in the body well, but with fats added it is able to absorb much better, by up to around 3x better the research says. Stuff works
At first they didn't seem to help. I guess you have it in your system a little while, because after a few days, (and I take 3 instead of 2) it has made me tired enough to fall asleep. So I'll keep taking them. They're supposedly not addictive.
