I have been taking 100mg of THC gummies and/or 12mg of Melatonin. I took the apigenin about 40 minutes before turning in. I fell asleep in about twenty minutes. This worked surprisingly well for me.

I love this product-I had problems sleeping-so I went on the Mayo Clinic website and this was one of the products they recommended—so the first week nothing but the second week was to me the magic- about an hour before bed I would start to get sleepy which is what I had trouble with-so I still took one tablet-the directions said two but I thought one will do and that one pill worked-so -now I don’t take it every night and it’s been a week- so I’m going to try and see if the product has helped with my insomnia-but all in all at least it did get me back to getting sleepy and sleeping all night so to me this product does help with not being able to sleep

At first they didn't seem to help. I guess you have it in your system a little while, because after a few days, (and I take 3 instead of 2) it has made me tired enough to fall asleep. So I'll keep taking them. They're supposedly not addictive.

Solid addition to the sleep stack. Small and easy to swallow. Quality seems on par. Easy to figure out dosing and so on. No issues with digestion or side effects.

Great stuff with many positive effects. One issue is this isn't a form with oils in it, so take it with some food with plenty of oil or you can just take some olive oil in a spoon. Apigenin has a low "bioavailability" meaning it does not absorb in the body well, but with fats added it is able to absorb much better, by up to around 3x better the research says. I take this at night with Magnesium Gycinate and it works so well. I tried taking it with Magnesium Threonate but it didnt work as well. I take it about 30 mins before bed and it makes me drowsy and relaxed. I am a naturally anxious person, so my mind usually races right as I am trying to fall asleep. This gets rid of that and allows me to sleep. I dont wake up in the middle of the night anymore either. Would definitely buy again!
